The first of its kind in the nation, Center for Hope is a model for employing integrated programs and services designed to break the cycle of violence and its lifelong impact for victims of all races, ethnicities and religions, from the cradle to old age.

JOB SUMMARY:
  • The Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation (AT&E) Supervisor supports Child Advocacy Center Manager (CAC Manager) with consultation and training to Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs), partner agencies and community organizations to identify and respond to child trafficking (CT), missing youth (MY), child sex abuse materials (CSAM), and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC). The AT&E Supervisor partners with local, state and federal agencies to ensure a comprehensive response for youth and other vulnerable populations. This position will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and partner agencies to enhance and prioritize the services provided for persons who are vulnerable to exploitation. The AT&E Supervisor will assist the Child Advocacy Center Manager in supervising staff and daily operations of the AT&E  program

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.  Bachelor’s degree required with 3 to 5 years experience in Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation and working knowledge of theory and practice within human services/social work/criminal justice related field.
