Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work on multiple assay development projects: experiment design, execution, data analysis, SOP writing, and generation of reports. Methods may include cell-based assays, molecular assays (qPCR/dPCR), immunoassays, and flow cytometry.
- Responsible for method transfer from internal and external clients.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve QC objectives for timely testing of manufactured products and contribute to, or lead, troubleshooting activities.
- Participate as a cross-functional team member and be given project assignments to train, develop problem-solving skills, and increase technical expertise.
- Maintain a safe BSL-2+ laboratory environment.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS/PhD.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in qPCR/dPCR, mammalian cell culture, immunoassays.
- A minimum of 1 year of assay development experience.
- Experience with CAR T, lentiviral vectors, AAV is a plus.
- Experience in assay design, SOP writing and execution, data analysis to define assay performance characteristics.
- Proven ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis software (e.g., JMP, GraphPad, Minitab, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
